Step 1 · Parking

You have one dedicated parking spot in the 4th Street Market structure, accessed with a parking fob (provided in the unit).

The fob works for one car only
Other cars must pay for parking at the structure
Overnight = $15 extra

If the main entrance is closed

Enter from the left side, drive to the top floor, cross the bridge to the right side, then drive down to the 2nd floor. Your fob works on both sides.

Step 2 · Entering on Foot

The pedestrian entrance is on the Bush Street side of 4th Street Market. Look for the giant wall painted with colorful designs.

Two doors are side-by-side: 4th Street Market on one side, the Lofts on the other. The Lofts door has a black keypad on the right in front of a glass door.

Step 3 · Your Loft Door

Your loft door has a Schlage smart lock. Your unique door code is sent to you by email or text message on the day of arrival.

If you arrive and haven't received your code, call or text your host right away at 714-794-2566.

Tesla chargers on the 3rd-floor parking structure (right side). Other EV chargers on the 2nd floor (left side). Not complimentary — public structure.

It Gets Noisy

You're above bars and restaurants at 4th Street Market. Live bands sometimes play below during the day. If you're sensitive to noise, this may not be the right fit.

Bare Cement Floors

Walking barefoot may leave gray marks on your feet or socks.

4th Street Events

During events, parking around the area may require payment to enter.

Low Loft Ceiling

The upstairs loft has a 6′ ceiling. Tall guests will hit their head, and the ladder requires careful climbing.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere on the property. $300 fee.

No Parties

No parties, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or large gatherings (after 10 PM). 18+ to book.

Parking Fob

Stolen/lost fob = $250. Take it with you on checkout and leave it in the unit.

Remotes

Lost TV or AC remote = $50 each. Please leave them in the unit.

Pets

Dogs only (max 2, approved in advance, $35/pet/night). No cats. Service animals & ESAs exempt from fee.

Quick Fixes

Troubleshooting

❄️ AC isn't cooling

Check the breaker box by the entry door — if an AC switch is flipped, switch it back
Reset the thermostat: gently pull the white touchscreen panel straight off the wall, wait 10 seconds, replace it
Set the temperature to 72° and the fan to Auto

💧 Drip from the bathroom ceiling

This is condensation from the AC line, not a roof leak. The small white tube above the shower is part of the AC system. Set the thermostat to 72° and monitor for a few hours. If it continues, message us.

🚿 Hot water in the shower

The shower lever is not labeled. Turn it counterclockwise all the way for hot water. Turn clockwise to shut off. If you've just turned it on, give it 5–10 minutes for hot water to flow.

🅿️ Parking fob — first exit

The very first time you exit the parking structure, use the paper ticket you took on entry. After that, your fob is fully activated for both entry and exit.

💡 Dimmer lights won't turn on

Some lights are on a wall dimmer lever. Slide it all the way up to turn on (sliding down dims, not off).

How do I get inside?

Use red door code 203263 to enter the building from Bush Street. Take the elevator to your floor. Your unique loft door code is sent by email or text on arrival day.

How does the parking fob work?

The fob is provided in the unit. Use it to enter and exit the parking structure. On your first exit, use the paper ticket you took on entry — after that the fob handles entry & exit. Take it with you on checkout and leave it inside the unit.

Where is the gym/laundry?

Both are inside the building. Gym is free, no code needed. Laundry room is at the end of the hallway by Unit 202 (look for "Bike Room" — that's actually the laundry door).

Is there room service / mail?

No. Use a nearby UPS Store or USPS for any mail or packages.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Yes, for $65 each. Call or text your host at 714-794-2566 to arrange. Unapproved late checkouts are $75 per 30 minutes after 11 AM.

What if my fob doesn't work?

Call or text 714-794-2566 immediately — we can sort it out. Lost fob = $250 replacement.
